Project Team

The BEERECL implementation team consists of DAI Europe and EnCon Services.

DAI Europe has strong expertise in developing and supporting SME lending and institutional strengthening programmes in Bulgaria for the EBRD. It has a sound understanding of the country’s banking environment as well as the EBRD’s operations.

EnCon Services is an energy services company which has been operating in Bulgaria for over eight years. It is experienced in the development, finance and implementation of credit guarantee facilities for energy efficiency projects. EnCon Services holds a Certificate of registration in the public register for companies licensed to carry out energy auditing and certification of buildings. As well as a Certificate of registration in the public register for companies licensed to perform audits for energy efficiency of industrial systems.
